What the enquiry form collects

We collect your name, phone number, suburb, selected service and job description, plus an email address if you choose to provide one. The website also records an enquiry reference, creation time and enquiry status. Please do not include sensitive personal information or information unrelated to the job.

Why we collect it

The details help us respond to your enquiry, discuss the work and arrange the next step if suitable. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to marketing, confirm a booking or establish an emergency-response service.

Where it goes and who can access it

Online enquiries are stored in the website’s managed database hosted through Manus. The business owner accesses them through a sign-in-protected inbox. An owner alert through Manus includes the enquiry reference, service and suburb, rather than your contact details or job description. This is not an automatic email-forwarding service. Information sent directly by email is handled in the business email system.

Security and spam prevention

The form uses encrypted HTTPS when deployed, server-side validation, a time-limited form-security token, a hidden spam-trap field and submission-rate limits. Connection information is used temporarily for rate limiting; the enquiry record does not store an IP address. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Website analytics and hosting

The website includes the hosting platform’s analytics integration to understand website usage. Hosting and analytics services may process technical information, such as requests, browser or device information and pages visited. Form content is not deliberately sent as analytics-event data. Essential sign-in cookies are used for the private owner inbox; visitors do not need to create an account to submit an enquiry.

Retention, correction and deletion

Enquiries are retained in the business inbox until the owner removes them. You can contact us to ask about access, correction or removal of your enquiry. Records needed for subsequent work, business administration or legal obligations may need separate retention. Removal from the active inbox does not necessarily immediately remove copies from hosting backups, email or other business records.

Your choices

You can call or email instead of using the web form. Email is optional on the form. We use the contact details you provide to discuss the enquiry. This notice describes the current website setup and may be updated if its providers or data handling change.

Do not use a privacy request, email or web form for urgent electrical faults. Call 0481 777 487 for emergency repairs; for fire, injury or immediate danger call 000.
